Study permits aren't affected by your marital status, so you don't need to do anything. You won't be affected.

So you are saying that if I’ll get my student visa and afterwards i get married and then land in canada there is no need to inform canada visa authority.
And it will not affect my visa during airport immigration?
As well as I can enter Canada without any problem due to my single status on admission application and visa files changing to marital status before even I enter to canada for study?

There is no problem with getting married, no one will ask you anything about marriage in Canada. Only problem xould be if you change your name adter marriage

You can change your marital status as many times as you want while on a Study Permit. It only at the time of application that this has any sort of relevance.

After you get your study permit, you can get married 20 times as well get divorced 20 times, it does not matter. What matters is that when you apply for your study permit, you need to be truthful in your martial status. After you get your study permit and enter canada, you can get married as many times as you want.
