My son is in 8 grade in central board in India.
He is interested to go aboard for further studies so I want to inquiry
Will he get admission in 9 grade
Can I and my wife can also go with him

No - you will not be able to go with him. No - you will not be able to work. The study permit only allows your son to move to Canada - you will have to remain in your home country.

If you want your son to study in Canada, you will have to find a guardian in Canada who will care for him since he will be going to Canada alone. Tuition will cost approximately 14K per year and you'll need to have approximately $10K more per year to cover living expenses.

You need to apply to move to canada and then take your son with you not the other way around.
