Hi I am almost graduating from college and I am preparing to apply for PGWP.
There was a time this year when I changed my part time job.
The last bi-weekly paystub of the old one was from 22-march to 04 April when I worked only one week and it was 17.5 hours. And the first paystub of the new job was 25 - March to 7-april and I worked 40 hours (you can see the dates are different and the new one has 3 extra days.
So how does it work in this case? If you count the hours in each work, I didn't exceed the 20 hours per week, but if we add them together, it looks like I worked 57.5 from 22 March to 7 April which is 17 days.

As long as you didn’t work over 20 hours per week you are fine.
