International student with one year experience

My case:
I'm an international student with one year work experience in Canada. I created express entry profile and I see I have 428 points. My post grad work permit expires in one year. I can improve my points maximum upto 440 by retaking ielts. Is there any way to get my PR before my work permit expires ?
