Hello guys.
Please I need your assistance right away. I applied for student visa since July 3rd. I didn't receive a confirmation letter. On December 18th I wrote to them complaining of the length of time taken without confirmation, only for them to reply, saying we sent you a procedural fairness letter since 14th of December and we are waiting your responses.
Sincerely speaking I haven't received the letter and I have pleaded them to send it to my mail I wrote to them.
My problems is what do I respond as concern the procedural fairness because I don't know anything about it.

You must immediately ask your representative for the Procedural Fairness letter. IRCC won't send it to you as you had appointed the representative.

It seems like either you or your agent made some false statements, submitted fraudulent documents or did not declare previous visa refusals. Do be aware that IRCC is preparing to ban you for 5 years for misrepresentation

See the advice you've been given above. Your representative received the letter. You need to speak with your representative to get the letter. They won't send it to you since you have a representative.
