International student- Last semester I have only 3 courses left

I just have 3 courses left and i dont have an optioon to be full time . As these are the last 3 courses left on my schedule and am going to graduate.
So I m not a full time student , Is this a problem ?

and also the 3 courses left m taking 2 courses as evening and one day course. So this wont be a problem either right ?

It won't be a problem. You can be part time in your last semester of studies.

I also applied for a study permit and m gonna apply for TRV soon . So i got a letter from a school as i requested and it mentions "i have paid 500 towards my tution fees
. Am going to pay full fees which is 3k or 4k by march because its my last 3 courses. Is it gonna affect my application of TRV when i apply ?
