International student getting married on Study permit!

Hello,

I am on student permit pursuing education in Canada. I am an international student and my Girlfriend is Canadian. We have been in a relationship for than a year and would like to do a registered marriage. Will there be any problems in doing so, how will the PR process work, is it compulsory for my girlfriend to stay with me. Need help!

Once you get married you can apply for PR not necessary to stay with her but the different address might be seen as suspicion that you got married to get the PR
