International Student 1st time entering in Canada

Hello guys,
I have been accepted at Algonquin college for Winter 2018 term as an international student.
So I am planning to enter in Canada in Nov 2017, can I do that?
or is there any restriction like I can enter only 30 days before the Program start date (Jan 8, 2018)?

No restriction but you maybe asked to provide proof of funds and reason for early arrival which is
satisfactory

What is the date on your permit?

It’s valid until March 2019.

Technically, your visa is valid once approved. However, I would recommend to come to Canada no more than 4 weeks earlier than your study program start date. Otherwise, you are risking be denied entry by the border officer.
