Hi,
I am a master's graduate from BC and will join Target next month in sales associate/ Guest Experience position. It's a full time job. I want to know can I apply immediately for PNP once I start the job? Does Sales associate / Guest Experience is appropriate to apply for PNP program and which category it falls-A/B/C/D? If I apply in March how long will it take for provincial to come back with a reply. If anyone can kindly reply to this it will be a great help.

I believe it falls under skill level B if you're just a sales associate.

However, you may apply via PNP if you can demonstrate that your position will lead to promotion into a more skilled position.

What kind of master degree did you get? You know there is a International Post Graduate Pilot Project under BCPNP...which you don't need a job to apply.

Thank you for the answer. I got Master of Global Business degree and I know you are talking about the Pilot Project. This degree doesn't fall under that. So I need to apply when I have the job for a year long. What I need to know is, as soon I get the appointment letter can I apply for the BCPNP? Target said they will help me fill up all the forms which the employer has to complete. One more thing, I still don't have any credit card, will this effect in getting my PNP?

You need to sign the Employment Agreement first before you can apply for BCPNP. It's a contract between you and your employee and it contains benefits, wage and other stuffs and the job needs to be permanent.

And you don't need a credit card to apply, they accept money order and certified cheque.

Thank you again, but by credit card what I wanted to mean is that since I don't have credit card I also don't have any credit records. Will that be a big issue for the paper works?
