International graduate stream (TR to PR) with Canadian common-law partner, help!

Hi friends,
I have a canadian common-law partner. I am not sure where to put her information and where to not. Anybody in the same boat?
IMM008 has common law information but is she considered as dependant.

I am thinking of just applying as single because its is much less complicated than common-law, especially non accompanying.
