Is there anyone here in BC who graduated from another province and can't now apply anymore for the international graduate stream? The most recent updates say that the 3 new streams (bachelor, master, and PhD) will accept applications only from students who graduated from BC. Making things even more difficult...

They can make changes to their immigration program at any time, it is not that it is more difficult. Plus, don't you think it is unfair to accept graduates from another provinces over those who studied in the province?
