Updated now. Aussies who've had a WHV before 2015 can apply for one more final visa. Delighted with that!!!

Does anyone know what "before 2015 " means? Does it mean if you applied for your first visa before 2015? Or does it include people who are currently on a visa now?

Yes i'd like to know this too. It is unclear what they mean by participate.

I'm aussie and applied for IEC work holiday in late 2014 and received conditional acceptance letter in december 2014. It took a while for them to process my documents and then i got my official acceptance letter in march 2015.

By the sounds of things I won't be able to reapply because i did not "participate" before 2015. However i could be wrong and wondering if anyone was in the same situation and has answers.
