I think they would have got their answer since it is a 3 year old post.
I might be interested on advice regarding intra company transfer @Amanmasih , have you gone through one ?
I am a COPR holder (Post March) with a Canadian work contract from my current company here in Australia (international company with office in Canada), and I am thinking of maybe applying for a WP through this inter company transfer process to move to Canada faster. Plus my job is NOC A, so it seems I could be eligible for a 2 weeks process time.
Is it a fairly straightforward process ? Both for the company and myself ?
I am bit weary to go through another administrative process after a year and a half battle through EE...

Hello @Amanmasih, Does ICT under GSS takes maximum up to 2 weeks to get the Approval/PPR? How long the approval taking if applied ICT WP from US under GSS after Biometrics are complete?
The 2 weeks isn't a maximum. It's more of a target which unfortunately isn't always achieved.
Both ICT and GSS can take much longer than 2 weeks to complete. Some applicants wait several months.

I see the ICT w/o GSS processing time on the official site showing 3 weeks. I suppose ICT w/ GSS should take less than 3weeks maximum if not 2weeks.
Again, that's only an estimated processing time. It's not a maximum. Some applications are processed within 2 weeks but we also see many here wait months. Hopefully you'll get lucky and your application will be processed within 2 weeks. But there's no way to know if that will happen. You'll just have to wait.
