Hello everyone!
I have a B.com (Distance Mode) & an M.com(Distance Mode) from a regionally accredited University in India. I completed 3 years of Chartered Accountant articleship, but dropped out of the course. I was paid stipend in cash as it is low but paid according to the guidelines of the Institute. It is like any other full time job except we were paid less. So can I count my CA articleship as work experience since CA course is NOT a full time course & I have not completed the course. Because according to this :
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=394&top=29

Can I count work experience that was part of my education toward the work requirement?
No. Co-op terms and apprenticeships completed before graduating do not count as skilled work experience. They are considered part of an educational program.

The work experience you can use to apply for the Canadian Experience Class must not have been gained while studying full time on a student permit (for example, experience gained while on a co-op work term).

I believe you have answered yourself.

I know a person who migrated 3 years ago and she show her articleship.
For Pay stubs she sent out the details of cheque which she received as stipend. She got her PR and she was qualified Chartered Accountant.
This scenario is 3 years ago where there was no express entry concept.

Thank you Deepi for the reply. I think my case is slightly different. I'm not a CA & I was paid in cash. But I have my articleship completion certificate,my registration letter. Does my articleship experience still count as work experience?
