I am a bit confused as what to put here since my situation is a bit different. I am currently international student in toronto. I work part time just two days a week 16 hours. I havent work a year yet either. I hold a study permit not a work permit, but of course my study permit allows me limited work hours a week. Now I have a job offer and the LMIA has been sent in for assessment.
In my EE profile the question where it says is XXXX currently working in canada? I think the answer should be yes, however then next set of questions asks about a work permit. The thing is, i dont want to do is make it seem like I am working without a work permit but theres nothing that allows me to state I am working part time on a valid study permit. So I do put YES i am currently working in canada and do i select NO i dont have a valid work permit. Would that raised red flags as to why i am working without a valid work permit even though my study permit is vaild.
