My friend submitted an application last October 2014 under NOC 3012 Registered Nurse and Psychiatric Nurses for Federal Skilled Worker Program but last week her application was returned because of incomplete documents and that is the certificate of Nomination from the province.. Why is it the embassy looking for the certificate of nomination since she is under federal skilled worker program?her intended place was Calgary, Alberta because she has a direct relative in the said place.
