Sometimes I am surprised to hear people received different letters from mine from ICAC. Mine received in July did not say anything about evidence or anything else except a tick on one (chamber of decision) of three options which are: chamber of decision, regular hearing, and short hearing. According to my understanding of the content of the letter, I should not taking hearing but it is scheduled on January 23rd. This is t mean, we have many things in common but do not forget that every case is unique. Thank you

I received a letter from ICAC dated 3/2023, just telling me to be prepared if they decide to ask for my evidence
Since that date until today, I have not received anything from them. Has anything new happened to you?

I got a letter from IRB saying that my case was transferred to the Integrated Claims Analysis Centre on May 22 2025 , and they mentioned something like they will tell me the date of hearing. I claimed for refugee on December 2, 2023 at the airport of Montreal. Now the case was transferred to ICAC in Toronto to be handled there .
Any one got the same letter ? Is a good or a bad sign? Why would someone’s claim be transferred to ICAC ?

You went through the same process? My friends did not receive that letter and they got accepted after a hearing.
Would you know why , for some people , the claim is transferred to ICAC?

Not everyone goes through ICAC. Here is some basic information. It isn’t a predictor of the outcome of your claim.

I got a message told me that my file moved to prd what's that mean ?? I know my file go to irca from more a year and it's now in IRB but what they mean it's now in PRD ?
