Hi! I’m new in here and i only made an account for asking this question;
Do you think that my application for the extension of my CAQ would be rejected if my old insurance wasn’t valid for study here, even so i have a new insurance that it is?
I explain my situation; I did all the paperwork back in my country (Chile) in January, i take my CAQ and my study permit, l found a cheap insurance and i take it, the inmigration accept me and i have been in Montreal studying English since May, just until know (Sept.) i didn’t knew that my insurance needed to cover 1.000.000 dollars and that it needed to be for a student (mine is for a traveler).
Now in my application for extending my CAQ they ask to give the information about my old insurance, now that i know that this one doesn’t fill with all the requirements, i’m scared that they’re going to reject my CAQ, do you think that that’s possible?.
In this moment i take a new one with Allianz that have all the requirements, but that would matter?
What about the translation? back in Chile i send my documents for the insurance in Spanish, but now i don’t know if i should send it in English or French, what do you guys think i should do?.
Thanks in advance!
