Insurance for visitor

Hi ,

I am a visitor in canada since 10th feb 2019 and applying for spouse inland visa but i havnt taken any health insurance .
Could u pls suggest that which policy i should take ? Should i mention my residence as my home country or canada as i am here since 6 months?
