Hi,

I received a letter from the CPC saying that they have not processed my application to Change Conditions or Extend Your Stay in Canada as a Worker due to insufficient processing fees. I realised that I forgot to pay for the Temporary Residence Permit (in addition to the Initial Work Permit).

My question is that the letter states "The entire package, including all the requested documents / information referenced in the above and a copy of this letter must be resubmitted..." Does this mean I have to send in the entire package for my Permanent Residence application again, or just the fees / IMM5710 (which is the only form they sent back to me).

Why not pay the fees immediately and send a copy of the payment receipt to IRCC........IRCC may have retained your earlier package but you may call IRCC to confirm............IRCC phone - 1-888-242-2100 (in Canada only).
