Institution Name on WES academic request form

I have a quick question on Institution Name on WES's academic request form. So Degree from university or College Name should be mentioned here and as well as Is the University or College (who should complete the form) ?

It depends. If yours is an autonomous college then you can get it from your college. If not, then it has to be from the university.

thanks for your reply, so my college is not autonomous as per the WES list of colleges under specific university, So I believe I need to check with University for the credentials evaluation.

Hi,

I got the sealed transcript from university but in the 'Institute name' field in WES application, I gave college name. Is it OK?
Note: My college is in autonomous college list.
