Institution field in WES login

Hi,

Thanks for providing the inforamtion

I have registered my self on WES Canada website to initiate the ECA process.|
I had one query what should be filled in Institution field

1) Is it the college name or University name?
Like I did my engineering from IET Bhaddal Ropar Punjab and I am unable to find my college name over there in WES
So in that case Institution field will be IK Gujral Punjab Technical University or is it something else I need to fill
2) Can we update the details after making the payment on WES website
