Inquiry - stay in canada not retrun back

Dear all,

hope your doing fine.

I have a question. if some one coming to Canada by Travel visa or tourist visa. after completing duration of visa doesn't return back to home ( their country)

Canada government how deal with this case ? deported or can request immigration ....

If you want to immigrate to Canada and remain here, then you have to qualify to immigrate through one of Canada's immigration streams. You can find this information here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp You have to apply yourself if you want to immigrate. No one is going to take care of this for you.

If you remain in Canada without authorization, you can expect to be deported. Once you are deported, it will be very difficult to return.
