My name is redom i have 60% marks in 12th my ielts score is 6.5 no band less than 6 i want apply in a university if i full-fill the University academic admission requirements than i am eligible for getting the visa or not please give me a wise suggestion.

Your Academics are one part of the whole list of requirements for the Canadian Study Permit Application.
An Admission from the University does not guarantee a Canadian Study permit at all.

You need to show proper funding (Bank Statements, Tuition Fees for one year +10000 CAD, Properties that you own etc.)
Good ties to home country
A strong SOP(Statement of Purpose for studying in Canada, Why you have chosen that specific course etc.)
and much more.
