My friend is applying for Nursing course in Conestoga College and I see this under admission requirement
  • A bachelor's degree in nursing, with an overall average grade of B or above (as assessed, by country, to Ontario standards).
Does this mean he has to have WES course to course evaluated ?

Pls help

No need WES evaluation for studies.
an overall average grade of B or above - mean should be above 70-75% score in his/her previous education.
