My name is Jason Wu, I am new here. Anyone can provide some advice on getting a PR card from Canada? I am 23 years old, studied in USA for 9 years. I came back to China in 2017, didn't graduate from univeristy due to some financial reason in my family. I do have AA degree from a community college. So, i have been thinking of applying a PR card from Canada, because the life is China is hell, and i want to get out of hell. If you have some advice, please tell me, much appreciated.
