Inquiry about submitting passport

Hello!
I applied my visitor Visa in USA last month where im studying and today i recieved a request to submit the passport. But currently I'm in my home country for vacations. I have to go back on 27th of this month. So I wanna ask can I submit my passport here for the visa stamped or I have to wait till I go back?
Issue is after going back I will just have 3 4 days to send my passport so dont want to be on the edge.

Contact the Canadian Visa Applciation Centre where you had your Biometrics and request if you can submit your passport to the Canadian Visa Applciation Centre at your home country.

I submitted my biometrics at USCIS office not at any VFS center in Miami.

I believe you can get it stamped by submitting at any VAC .

Raise a webform and inquire or contact VAC directly.

I have submitted case specific wed inquiry and waiting for the reply. Will contact vac on monday to inquire.
Got 2 different answers from VAC once they said you can do it then they said no you have to submit it where you gave the biometrics. That's why I'm confused.
