I applied my husband and my son to be a permanent resident here in canada,under AINP category. We were able to submit initial reaquirements set by CIC under the Provincial Nominee Program,last january 2012. However, I received a reply from visa office from Manila Philippines last April 11,2012 a additional information regarding my husbands,baptismal certificate,elementay and secondary school records as well as the police clearance outside the country.But like in any other married couples,we also have our ups and downs,us of this time while asking my husband for the additional requirements he suddenly doesnt want to push through with the application anymore. I've done everything and the best that i could, but he really doesnt want to cooperate. And now hes asking for the separation, but i already submit my application as a family.I really want to bring my family especially my Son, and settle here in canada, and i was only given two months to complete all those requirements. Which is only all about my husband. What would i do, is there any chances that i can still change my marital status? Will it affect my application as a permanent recident? Help me please....

Talk to AINP and explain to them that your husband wants to separate and will no longer co-operate. Maybe he can still be removed from your application but the problem is your son. If you and your husband are divorcing, you can not immigrate with your son unless you have full custody of him or your husband allows it.
