Inquiry About canada work permit

Dear sir,
I have done diploma in mechanical engineering and i also have 3 years experience of revelent field.
I have also job offer from canadian industry. So can i able to get temporary resident or work permit for canada PR without IELTS?
Please assist me.

you can apply temporary resident or work visa but with your diploma you cannot apply canadian pr ... for that you need bachelor degree...

You need an approved LMIA to apply for a work permit.

For PR, IELTS is mandatory.
