Inquiring to bring my mother

Hi All
Just wanted some information on wether I can bring my mother here as she is little sick not because of COVID but other health issues. I applied for her super visa sometime in march before or near COVID situation. On 16 march she received request for biometrics and on 17 march all VFS centres in india got shutdown due to lockdown again because of COVID. I am in dire need to know if its possible to bring her as she is alone there. Also if somehow i can request the biometrics request to be waived off and directly process her application . Her medical n all was already done and was submitted upfront but because it has been long enough it is also expired. The vfs centres in India are still not open yet. Please suggest

Biometrics cannot be waived.

Would add that supervisa insurance only covers emergencies and not routine treatment. There may also be a clause about not covering treatment for any preexisting conditions if she is currently receiving treatment. Supervisa remains a visitor visa so she can remain as a visitor but will have to return to her home country eventually.

She'll also need to repeat her medical.
