inquiring about fees for sds program

I want to ask you that I've got admission in University of winnipeg and I'll be applying my visa through sds.I want to ask you that in sds i have to pay 1 year fees upfront so is ot necessary to take full course load (30 credit hours) per year in order to qualify for sds because im wishing to take 18 credit hours per year

It's better for you take the full course-load for at least a year, or perhaps you can drop a few courses once you reach Canada. However, when paying the tuition fee, pay the standard fee in full.
