Inquires for submission to Abu-Dhabi office

Hi ,

Can anybody help me? Please advice me the following:

1. Do I need to submit the original/ photo copies of my requirements?
2. How will I pay the application fee as I don't understand the bank draft?
3. Is it necessary to submit the application by person?
4. Do I enclosed original passport upon submitting all the requirements?
