Hi Guys, Hope you all are doing great. I have a question on my mind. Do applicants who applied within canada after qualifying for CEC and with a job offer have a higher priority and their application will be processed fast, than people who qualified, dropped their applications and went back home for a decision.?.. Any inputs would be great.

There is no "priority" system in CEC. Having said that, returning to another country may add to processing times for simple reasons like mail delays or additional steps in background / security clearances. And I suppose it would depend greatly on what country ...

Agree! everything the same. they also switch little bit in flow chart. of in bound and out bound procedure.

Thanks Jes_ON for your opinion. Well, those factors make a difference in receiving AOR's and MR's. Well, let's see how it goes.My AOR E-mail from OPP says that my class (CEC) have a standard processing time of 10 months. But in CIC's website, it says 15 months.
