When I called cic towards the end of August they said they were opening additional info from the beginning of August. Anyone who called cic recently knows what additional info they are opening?

i was told that, we will tell you about cic-o later but first lets try to see where ur file is coz we dont know where ur file is...

They received my additional information on May 10th and only today my ecas updated to say they received it Sept. 19th!!
So it looks like it takes them over 4 months

Oh labhouise how frustrating! Yikes! But they have speeded up considerably, I mean they're in January for first stage would you have believed that a month ago? So I'm hoping they process you Very Soon.
