I would like to apply for study permit within Canada I am on visit visa still valid for 5 months can I please know the process and stuff thanks...TIA

Typically lower than outside of Canada since it's more difficult to show ties to your home country and prove to CIC that you have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. Since you've already been visiting Canada for five months, CIC may think you're just using the study permit as a means of trying to stay in Canada.
