Just wondering if anyone applied for inland spouse sponsorship as soon as significant other arrived in Canada as a student? Any problems or potential issues

The checklist ask you to provide documents showing you live together, you might have this challenge if your spouse just arrived. As long as you can gather all required documents listed on the checklist then it should be fine. Of course other factors play a bigger role, such as how long you have been in a relationship, if you lived together, how many times you visited each other, etc. Just go through the checklist and see what you have v/s don't have

I have related pictures, videos , engagement family gathering and etc. Enough prove to see that it is legit not fake.

As long as you can prove that you can support yourselves without government help you should be fine.
