Hello, I would like to ask, when applying for this form, do I have to provide chat records?
In addition, when applying for owp at the same time, the checklist shows must provide the stamp made by the Canadian authorities on your most recent entry into Canada<=but i found it no Stamp when I entry to Canada, anone have this problem too? Thank you so much!

i Sent them scans of the first few pages of my passport showing no stamp . i am from the states a visa exempt country.
