I am a Canadian citizen, and I married my wife, who is a foreign student on a study visa from Vietnam, 3 months ago. I'd like to sponsor her as Permanent Resident. I have a few questions on the application:
1. Does she need to give biometrics since she's already here in Canda? If yes, where can we give the biometrics? We live in Edmonton, Alberta.
2. Does she need to provide a police certificate from Vietnam since she has been here in Canada for over 8 months already? If yes, does she have to fly back to Vietnam to get the police certificate or can it be done via postal service?
