I applied for inland spousal sponsorship. I mailed and linked my application online in March. There was no activity for two months. When I called in May, CIC told me that I have a letter asking for schedule A and should report a tech issue via webform to be able to see it. I submitted many webforms since then and finally received the letter last week. But the letter was sent in March and Schedule A was due in April. It also asks me to submit the Schedule A form into my online account. I cannot see a way to do in my account. Did anyone have this issue? Or do I just submit by mail or a webform?
