Hi all, So I am being sponsored by my wife for PR(Inland). My eligibility was already approved and her eligibility to sponsor me was approved.
However, I got a new job in a different city (a way better opportunity) we already took the offer and plan to relocate but it gets tricky with her having to quit her job and apply for new roles in the city where we are moving to. In this city, we will be closer to her side of the family which she wants and we do not have any kids. Does this situation affect my application? and how does this affect the application? Do we need to be worried?

Hi! I don't think it affects anything as long as you inform ircc of ur address. It only matters if at some point during 3 years of approved sponsorship the PA receives gvt assistance then the sponsor would have to repay that to gvt since they agreed to supporting their spouse. No issues here; if moving to Quebec might be a different story cause their process is different from other provinces.

No impact as long as not quebec on either.

BUT: if you applied as inland, you need to both be residing together throughout the process (until you receive PR). So you should move together. Update address with IRCC and confirm once move complete.
