Inland spousal sponsorship application moved to etobicoke office after 12 months

I applied for inland spousal sponsorship in july 2018 now i got an email that my file has been transferred to etobicoke office for further assessment...

has anyone got same email and when they contact them after that email

There's already a thread in here for people in the same situation whose application was transferred to etobicoke for further assessment. Your application will now be out of the normal processing time and can now take up to 2 years or more to be completed.

how can we say it will take 2 years has anyone got auch email and they took 2 years in gettibg back to them
