hello members I would like to know more about inland spousal application process .
I think if applicant is in valid status will receive OWP in around 4 months .
Q1.once applicant receive OWP . Can he/she be eligible for OHIP coverage in Ontario ??
Q2. I heard inland application there is appeals are not allowed. Not even H&C or federal court of Canada.
what option applicant use if inland application got refused . (its does not make sense in law why appeals not allowed ) ???
if some one know please share link where its shows refusal appeals are not allowed for inland spousal application .. ?
thanks one with more info …..

I think they have to get aip before they become eligible for ohip

If the application is rejected you can apply again...

Based solely on the nearly 1,000 page thread on "Spousal appeals plz come here," I'm going to say that spousal cases can be appealed.

1. You need a job to get OHIP.

2. Inland apps cannot appeal to IAD. They can apply for a judicial review to the Federal Court but this only looks at whether there was an error in law in processing the app and no new information can be submitted.
