Can you send me a link from IRCC that you can sponsor Outland inside Canada
We already paid him over $5000 to do the application,he will not refund the money
Its right there on the IMM 5589 Form...
The first one is Inland (Spouse/Common Law Class) and the second and third one (Family Class) are outland...

Hello everyone .
I’ve got an update. The application came refused.
Next step is having a zoom call with the immigration Loyer who did the application. But I would like everyone opening before I talk with him because somehow he doesn’t have a lot of information. Should we apply for Outland application even though the inland application was refused just because they didn’t had cohabitation together.
It doesn’t says that he wasn’t convicted that the genuine relationship just the cohabitation.
If we applied for Outland will the application be faster because he has his biometric done ,his spouse passed the eligibility. .
Would appreciate everyone thoughts on what’s the best to do next .

Report your immigration lawyer for providing incorrect advice. Not applying inland if you are not cohabitating is very basic knowledge. When you apply again you essentially start from scratch although slightly faster if you have already have biometrics. There would have been minimal commentary about whether their relationship was genuine given they didn’t qualify for inland sponsorship.
