Hellom somebody can help me if my spouse can comeback to canada if shes under my inland sponsorship, she got her owp, but she needs to go back home because of family matter and job obligation. Thank you

There's no guarantee she will be allowed back into Canada (the OWP does not guarantee re-entry).

Why didnt u guys apply outland if leaving Canada was important?

Also if she's gone from Canada long enough that the visa officer thinks she's no longer residing in Canada, they can reject the application before she even attempts to return.
