Hello everyone I'd really appreciate your help.. My spouse and I are about filling an inland spouse application so we are getting all documents ready . How do I proof that we are living together if we don't have a lease contract also in my name cause I don't leave in Canada and I have a visitor visa. Thanks

Is it a typo? You don't leave in Canada or are you trying to say you don't live there?
If you don’t live in Canada you don’t qualify for inland sponsorship.
"Inland" is only for sponsor and applicant that both LIVE together IN Canada.
You cannot apply via inland when you do not live in Canada. If you have a visitor visa, you can come to Canada and live with your spouse as a visitor.
Then you can apply that way. You will need to extend your stay before it expires. (typical visitors are allowed to stay for 6 months)
