Hey guys! just needing some advice.

My girlfriend got her Canadian visa and is coming to visit for a week this weekend!

Next step is we want to marry in Guatemala Next Febuary and then bring her back with me to canada after.

Then fill out the PR application inland while she waits with me here.. i know we will have to apply for a Visa extension and also a work permit.

does anyone see any problems with this? would they deny her at the border?

The Border officer can refuse entry if there is concern that she will not leave at the end of her visa period. However, if she has demonstrated she respects Canadian law, and has come and gone in the past, the border officer is unlikely to investigate much. Show up with her TRV and evidence she can return home and it's likely they won't push harder. No matter, she must not lie to them. She can be prepared to offer up more evidence if they do ask further, of course.
