Hi, yes I paid before applying, at the same time as the processing fees ( about 550+490 CAD i think). Heard it might help reducing delays (it’s already long enough).

Yes exactly. Submitted with the rest of the documentation upfront. Since I have been living in Canada as a student, it was a RCMP report. They didn’t ask for a newer report, I’m on my 19th month
