Inland PR processing with Work permit

Hi
I had applied for my wife's Inland PR with Open WP in July 2017 and i have received AOR for the same
My wife completes her 6 months on Visitor visa in October end.
Do i have to apply for her visitor extension till i receive her Open WP (expected in mid Nov)
Or Does she automatically goes on an implied status as she has applied for an Open Work permit already with her PR application

Please guide me

When she applied for the OWP she has implied status until they decide. They usually take 4 months to get.
