I submitted my PR and OWP applications on October 19, 2015 and haven't received my AOR yet. I called the CIC yesterday to check for updates and was informed they haven't started processing applications from October yet.
It seems that some people on this forum who submitted in October, November, and December have, however, received their AOR. Peculiar.
If possible, I'd like this thread to serve as a place for October 2015 applicants to update everyone on their correspondences with the CIC.
