I am Canadian Citizen. My husband and my Daughter are both US citizen. Im just wondering we move back here in Vancouver. I wanna file application for PR for them. Can i file outland while my husband and Daughter (3yrs old) living with me and all the address for the application are here in Canada?

Sure you can file outland whilst in Canada assuming you do not want to take advantage of the work permit option with inland. Ensure their status remains legal whilst in the country waiting for the application to process
